The PrintMessenger PDF Driver allows you to initiate a print order submission directly from your document-creation application by printing a document into a special print driver that is selectable in the standard print dialog box. The PDF Driver converts the document into PDF format. Once the PDF conversion has occurred, you can attach the resultant PDF into the shopping cart as a whole, to individual items in the shopping cart, or send the PDF to the PrintGeeks.com unattached.

Note: Multiple files can be uploaded simultaneously.

Before using the PDF Driver you MUST be a registered user.

Installing the PDF Driver
To install the PrintMessenger PDF Driver:

1. Click either Windows or Mac. The Install window opens.
2. Click the Install button and follow the prompts through the installation wizard.

Once the installation is complete, the PrintMessenger PDF Driver can be selected in the standard print dialog box. The PDF Driver apears with the name (lpc).

Using the PDF Driver
To convert a document to a PDF using the PDF Driver and upload it to the site:

1. With the word processing application open, select Print.
2. In the print dialog box, select the PDF Driver from the list of printers.
3. Click the Print button. The EFI PrintMessenger dialog opens.
4. After the document conversion is complete, you have the option to preview or remove the file.
5. If there is more than one PDF waiting for upload, you have the option of uploading the files one at a time or as a merged file.
6. Click the Upload button.
7. A Login page is displayed. Enter your Username and Password and then click the Login button.
8. In the Login page of the Web site, enter your Login Name and Password and click the Login button. An Upload Successful! message appears.
9. You can choose to close this window without taking any further action at this time, send the PDF directly to PrintGeeks.com, or go shopping on the Web site.
